Favorite Quote from Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, 1797.
"There is a stubbornness about me that never can bear to be frightened at the will of others. My courage always rises at every attempt to intimidate me."

How it all started . . .
When I was eleven, I started taking private art lessons with Katheen (Kathy) Booker Wise in Bartlett, TN. She was a wonderful artist - and excelled in sculpting, watercolor, and oil painting. She only taught older adults, and I was the only child she ever taught. My grandmother had learned of her skill, and after showing her some of my work, Ms. Kathy agreed to take me on as a pupil. I learned about sketching, and watercolor, and was able to sculpt for the first time. We worked for hours several times during the week and sometimes on a day during the weekend.
I took lessons for 2½ years before my schooling picked up and I had to stop taking lessons. I kept up with Ms. Kathy and have been able to build on the skills she taught me. Unfortunately, she passed away in 2018 at the age of 93, but I will always remember tea time, gingerbread, and painting the afternoons away. (Visit her LEGACY, Professional-League-Exhibition, and her several accomplishments)
I found my passion back in 2017 in high school and finally knew what I wanted to do in life: Become a Graphic Designer.
Following through with the practice of digital art using my Wacom tablets and Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop, I managed to complete many creative works. In my spare time, I create Dungeons and Dragons characters for my party members and take commissions from public Facebook groups looking for designs. My favorite art styles vary from gothic to fantasy semi-realism to Photorealism portraits. I love all the small details and hidden meanings in everything. If you would like to find out more about my process, get in touch.
In the near future, I want to go into animation and/or become a manga artist. I’ve been coming up with stories and drafting character designs . . . as well as having to learn animation by myself — for me being an ambitious and not-so-patient person, this will be the most difficult skill to perfect.
I’m lucky enough to have a wonderful family supporting me all the way through with my art. If it weren’t for them and my followers and friends still believing in me, I wouldn’t know where I would be to this day. I find inspiration everywhere I look, and that inevitably filters down into my work. Be sure to check out my portfolios.
